These partners invest in sales, marketing, implementation and customer relationship management within their chosen markets. matchlex offers limited exclusivity and re-branding opportunity to its Strategic Alliance Partners.

Service Partner
This program is geared toward firms providing Recruitment, HR Consulting, Process Management, Business Consulting, ISP, Web Design, Online Branding, Marketing, Data Management and other professional services. Service Partners are not limited to any specific industry or business model, rather they are organizations or individuals that are looking to compliment their current offerings while taking advantage of incremental annuity-based revenue share from matchlex solutions introduced to their customers. 

These firms provide value added services to enhance the overall effectiveness of the matchlex solution when introduced to their and any of our customers. Alternatively, Service Partners pre-purchase subscription packs at significantly discounted pricing and deliver an outsourced shared service solution for their clients.

Referral Partner
matchlex Referral Partners enhance their revenue stream by referring matchlex solutions to their customers and contacts. Referral Partners receive a percentage of the initial subscription revenue on all customer accounts that originate from their introduction.

Product Partners represent best of breed products and technologies that work together with matchlex in a complementary way or extend the value of our solution.

What are the requirements to join the matchlex any of the Partner Programs?
The only requirement to join is that you agree to sign up a minimum of 10 subscriptions annually. These may all come from 10 users at one organisation.

What else is required of a Partner?
The partner is required to prospect, present proposals, negotiate contracts, collect subscription amounts, assist in project managing the implementation, perform periodic performance reviews and in general manage the customer relationship. matchlex handles all product viz: demos, configuration, modifications, hosting, security, support and service availability in accordance with the SLA guarantee.

What level of discount or revenue share do I get?
matchlex Partners receive upward of 10% of subscription revenue. The more customers you sign up, the larger your earnings.

What benefits are there to purchasing licenses in advance?
Pre-paid bulk license packages are available for 50+ subscriptions and provide a very significant discount off of our standard pricing.

Who contracts with and handles billing the end customers?
matchlex provides the flexibility for you to manage all commercial arrangements with your customers, in which case, we enter into a back-to-back agreement to cover you for all of the SLA guarantees you provide the end customer.

Can I offer my clients matchlex in a co-branded or private-labeled manner?
Yes, however, to offer the service without our co-branding, we require that you agree to sign up a minimum of 100 subscriptions annually.

What happens to my ongoing revenue share if I do not meet the minimum sales commitment?
You will continue to receive your revenue share for as long as your signed up customers renew their subscriptions with matchlex and you continue to manage your customers and promote matchlex solutions.
