The
solution provides a standardised fields and picklist configuration
available on SEEK and other major job boards, with a customised careers
section on each SME organisation's website. Candidates
respond to each organisation's independent sourcing effort (print, job
board ad etc.) through their individual websites. However, if a candidate
had registered and created a profile on the matchlex SME solution at any
other organisation's website, they can access it using the same login
details.
Each
organisation can view and search details of only those candidates who have
specifically applied against their positions. All interactions between the
candidate and each company remain confidential between them.
